Our Rising Stars are budding businesses that have just sprouted up and are less than a year old. They’re the newcomers on the block, fresh out of the gate, and already making waves. Despite their short time in the industry, these startups show immense potential and promise with their innovative ideas and products. If you’re an energetic newcomer, bursting onto the scene and quickly catching attention with early achievements and aspirations, this is the category for you!

→ Don’t undersell yourself, your business or your hard work.
→ Give us the truth, not just the formula.
→ You are the hero/heroine of your story; tell us about your ingenuity, your insight.
What does an application look like?
There will be a selection of yes/no and multiple choice questions covering your demographics, entrepreneurial insights, previous businesses, finance and business make-up.
There are also some in-depth questions where you will have a max of 3000 characters to tell us more about your business.
How much does it cost to enter?
Absolutely nothing!
The UK StartUp Awards is completely free to enter!
Can I enter more than one Category?
Providing you meet the criteria for each category, yes! You’re free to enter up-to 4 categories.
